INO Games is seeking a Jr Game Producer to assist our production team in casino game development. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Game Producer and Project Manager and will be responsible for managing the game creation process from concept to launch, ensuring the project is delivered as planned.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between all teams involved in game production and the shareholders, ensuring they all have what is needed to complete their deliveries.
• Coordinate with team leaders, defining game development milestones, medium and long-term reviews to ensure production alignment with the game’s design.
• Organize the project checklist with team leaders to ensure all project steps are being fulfilled.
• Supervise graphic development and game programming, ensuring timely deliveries and results.
• Support and encourage the development team to kick off new games.
• Collaborate and assist the Game Designer and Mathematician in brainstorming, creation, and development of slots, new features, and other types of casino games.
• Create detailed game design documents and specifications:
  • Game design document for new games and features.
  • Detailed specification document.
• Participate in feedback and gameplay sessions to improve games and ensure quality.
• Participate in game QA and certification processes.
• Ensure new games and features are evaluated for usability and performance.
• Research, play, and study casino games to stay updated with market trends and competition.
• Execute other tasks as necessary.

Must have skills:

• Ability to work under pressure, solving operational and urgent issues.
• Positive attitude towards feedback.
• Good communication when receiving instructions from Leaders and Game Producer.
• Advanced English.
• Familiarity with management tools like JIRA.
